GRATUITY
Please kindly note there is no gratuity on credit cards – we do accept gratuity in cash or Venmo payment.

RUNNING LATE?
Give us a call if you are running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may require re-scheduling.

PRODUCT RETURNS
While we do not do product returns, products may be exchanged within one use.

GIVE THE GIFT OF GREAT HAIR
Did you know we do gift certificates? Inquire more in Salon or give us a call. Please note, Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.

BRIDES & LEADING LADIES
Yes! We provide services for brides and bridal parties- we require a $100 deposit, upon making your appointment.
